Catering Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mum’s Caribbean and English Cuisine! By booking our catering services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Booking and Orders

All catering orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance.

A minimum order amount of 20 may be required for catering services.

Orders can be placed via , email, or through our website.

Full payment must be made 7 days before the event date.

2. Payment and Pricing

Prices are quoted in GBP and may include applicable taxes.

Full payment must be received 7 days before the event.

We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made before the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 2 days before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds for cancellations after food preparation has begun will not be issued.

4. Delivery and Setup

Delivery charges may apply depending on location.

We offer setup and serving services for an additional fee.

Clients must ensure the venue is accessible and ready for food setup at the agreed time.

5. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies.

However, we cannot guarantee that food will be completely free from allergens.

Clients must inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for food safety once it has been delivered and accepted by the client.

Clients assume responsibility for proper food handling and storage.

7. Changes and Special Requests

Menu changes must be requested at least 3 days before the event.

Special requests will be accommodated based on availability and feasibility.
